[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — Hopeless service | |||
We have purchased bajaj induction cooker and we used few months and now its not working we have complaint to the company, they took a week for making papers to be ready for replacement. I went to the shop where i purchased and shown the document which company has provided for replacement, the shopkeeper refused to change or exchange. Very disappointing bajaj electronics. My complaint has been resolved after talking to many people from Bajaj electronics, but they have given me so much trouble. I would like to tell the consumers that you are most powerful, never hesitate to fight against wrong things. Its your right to get best service and products. This forum is working very nicely, promptly for our rights. We should all support this forum.

Respected Sir, I have purchased one BAJAJ Majesty 15GM with serial no[protected] printed on it. some 10 days back. While taking it .I forget to collect the warranty card (which was filled by the shopkeeper) from the shop, and it got misplaced/lost. What should I do? Will u please suggest me? Thanks and regards.
