My Wife went to purchase an air conditioner on bajaj finance ..
Dear Team

We had Purchased a OGeneral AC on Bajaj Finance Loan Number 4000CDJL770515

Invoice Number 1205/23/8-1307 Rs.51520 Dated 11th January.

The Downpayment shows as Per Bajaj Records is 16, 436 but two transaction of Rs.19653 & Rs.1199 were done through my Credit Card.

Later i found that a Oneassist Plan(Relationship Number[protected] was sold to my wife without Informing her
First we need to cancel this Plan & refund or amount and we to know balance Rs.1816 for what it was charged
