Bajaj Electronics — Store not refunding money on cancelled orders that are not delivered

Hello,

A salesperson in the Warangal Bajaj Electronics store is not processing my cancel order for a refrigerator that I did not take the delivery of.

The reason stated was that Amazon Pay doesn't support cancellation and refund, however I checked with Amazon Pay team and they mentioned that that is not correct.

The salesperson is also denying escalating it to higher team members so I am not able to resolve my issue.

Please look into my issue
