Bajaj Finance — amount deducted from my bank account without my knowledge

1. Comsumer Finance A/C: 400ECFEE495524 ( EMI Date: 02nd of every month) --- EMI Amount : Rs.2760
2. Consumer Finance A/C : 400ECFEE500115 ( EMI date : 02 of every month) EMI Amount : Rs. 2371
3. Salaried Flexi Loan A/C : 400SAF[protected]EMI Date 5th of Every month). -- EMI Amount : Rs. 11980

There is a amount of Rs: 2980 has been deducted from my account today (18th July 2019). This amount of Rs: 2980 is a dispute amount. Can you please let me know for what this amount has been deducted.
