[Resolved] Bajaj Finance — EMI Card Deactivated | |||
Hi All EMI Card No : XXXXXXXXXX4509 Without information Bajaj Team Has Deactivated my Card Service, I Have Purchased 3 Products from this card, My payment never got bounced. But this Bajaj Finance People without information my card service was stopped. I have sent emails to Bajaj Team([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) but there is no responses. Please deactivate my bajaj finserv EMI card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction till date. This card will be deducted rupees 99 from my bank account after 21.05.2017 as I have received sms which I will not agree. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am holding Bajaj Finserv Privilege card No. [protected] having customer ID 32337723. I have already repaid the loan in full and for past 6 months, I have not used the card.
It has been observed that my Savings Account has been debited with Rs. 117 on 22.08.2017 on account of Card Fee.
I was never informed that Bajaj Finserv will charge me the card fee and also, in the card allotment letter, there is no such mention.
Hence, the fee charged to me is "Bad in Law". Hence, I request you to kindly refund the amount so unlawfully charged and also de-activate my card with immediate effect.
In case of failure to do so on your part, I will be constrained to escalate the issue for which you will be solely responsible.
