Bajaj Finance — Repeated calls for loan

Dear Sir/madam Received call from [protected] on 20th of November 2015..the lady was proposing loan (5 times of salary). I was driving and was not in position to listen carefully. She asked for my PAN No and date of birth, if I have to receive any loan proposals by mail. Till date no mail. Does this no belong to your company person or should I approach law? let me know.. v.v.munje [protected]
