Bajaj Finance — Unauthorized Deductions and Extra Charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding recent discrepancies in my EMI payments to Bajaj Finance. I have been a loyal and punctual customer for some time, and I believe that I have paid my dues in advance for the current month. However, despite making timely payments and in accordance with our agreed terms, I have encountered the following issues:

Unauthorized Deductions: Bajaj Finance has attempted to deduct money from my account for my EMI despite my having already made the payment for the current month. This has caused undue stress and inconvenience to me, as I rely on the consistent and transparent financial dealings we agreed upon.

Extra Charges for Bounce Back: I have been charged additional fees for bounce backs, which I believe are incorrect. I have adhered to the payment schedule and fulfilled my financial obligations as per our agreement. It is imperative that these erroneous charges be rectified.

Lack of Proper Response: Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Bajaj Finance through various channels, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution regarding these issues. This lack of communication compounds the frustration I am experiencing.

I request your immediate attention and resolution to these concerns. I have attached copies of my bank statements as proof of payment for your reference.

I kindly request that you:

Investigate the unauthorized deductions and extra charges on my account.
Rectify any erroneous charges and refund any fees that have been unjustly applied.
Provide a timely response and resolution to this matter to alleviate the distress and inconvenience I am currently facing.
