I just received a call from your agent for some loans. I said i was not interested and not to disturb me often as i am keeping on getting multiple calls throughout the day sometimes and it was frustrating. Your agent asked to set some DND setting on my side. I told him i can do that if i get it from the same no but since i am getting it from multiple nos, asked him to set it on his side so that your system doesnt call me back again.
But your agent was not polite and mishandled me in the worst possible ways. Is this the way you treat your potential customers on call? Your agents torturing time and again to avail loans from multiple phone numbers is irritating.
I asked him to pull his manager or his higher authority on call to resolve this issue. But he was hesitant and sounded confident that even if I raise a grievance request, it would not be taken care by the management. He also challenged to take what ever actions to take but he would go unharmed.
Hence I sincerely request you take serious action against the agent and please train your agents on customer handling skills. And mainly, please do not disturb us if we have once said we dont require any loans.
I would expect an update on the series of actions that was taken on the grievance raised rather than sending an automated/generalised reply that the grievance has been taken care.
