Dear sir, With reference to my account no. 4130cd00074423, i have closed this account last year and i have got the refund of annual card fees 99.00 after the file this complaint, and same they have charged for this year - rs 117.00 from my saving account. I am requesting to you for refund this amount. I have already filed this complaint as well as thru mail - my gmail id - [protected]@gmail.com. This loan i have repaid before 6 years. Guys, this is ridicules. Even after me telling that I do not want any card and it should be cancelled. I have again been charged Rs. 117 on 23rd July. I was charged like this earlier too without my consent. Request you to refund this . Below is the email confirmation of cancellation. You can call me on [protected].
