Bajaj Finserv — Auto Debiting from my account after clearing loan amount | |||||
Very Very Bad customer response. Autodebiting inactive fee of Rs 99/- per year after using their service. But while taking the loan, didnt initimate about this. There are charging by auto-debiting from my bank account. This is ridiculous. When tried to message to their [protected]@bajajfinserv.in account, no response. When tried to call customer service, after 10 minutes of waiting, there were disconnecting the call after i said my problem Was this information helpful? | |||||

You guys have been debited 5400..after clearing all my EMI..i want you to refund it immediately..if not I'm going to take severe action on that..this is not good..my loan account number..[protected]..i wanted immediately to be refunded
