Dear All, It is a complaint against the services provided by your Bajaj Fin serv team. I got an OD loan from your Hyderabad branch. I got an OD amount of 24/08/2016 and post that I am
regular behind Hyderabad bajaj team to provide user name & password log in to transfer that OD amount from my salary account to OD account( Virtual Account). Moreover, Hyderabad bajaj team is not providing the OD (Virtual account) details and even they don't know Virtual Account number and how to login and do transfer the amount from my salary account to OD Account, I also tried to get that user name and password online by sending SMS at a particular number but am getting SMS as " We are unable process and get VAN, this is only flexi loans" something is getting but baja team providedme FLEXI LOAN ONLY to me. So you are requested to
1.Wave off interest factor from 24-Aug till date as interest is getting charged necessary
