Bajaj Finserv — Bajaj FinServ Loan against life insurance policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the victim of a group of people working in Bajaj FinServ (Since they mentioned that they were working in the Bajaj FinServ). Please bear with me and read completely.

In the month of March on 11/03, I got a phone call from the phone number [protected] and mentioned her name as Suman. She assured me that there would be a loan against the insurance policy and shared the details to buy the insurance policy from Bharti AXA life insurance. I bought it by paying 1, 20, 000 rupees. Then this information had been cascaded to another employee named as Preethi mobile number [protected]; from this onwards she was in touch with me and updating information about the loan process. It was almost one month ago that time I asked her about the loan application number. She mentioned that every information regarding the loan will be shared only once the loan amount has been disbursed. I requested her to share with me at least the application number. She quoted the application number as P03593481. Whenever I asked her, she mentioned that the loan amount would be disbursed very soon. After almost one month, she asked me to take another policy from India First Life insurance policy and that will be treated as a dummy policy and the amount paid toward that policy will be given back during the actual loan amount disbursement. I paid 40, 000 rupees and bought that policy from India First Life. Then she routed this process to another employee named Puja with mobile number [protected]. As I had been informed she belongs to the Accounts department. She took the hard copy of my bank account cheque book and asked me to wait for 48 hours to disburse the loan amount. Three days later, she asked me to share the bank statement to disburse the amount. And it has been continuing. Even after 2 months (around 65 days), I had not received a single penny from you.
I request you to please inquire about this and help me to get back my money that I paid for the insurance policies. I also requested them to unmortgage my insurance policy. However nothing happened.

I believe I had been cheated and I became a victim for them. I request you to please do enquiry and please do the needful to me to get back my money, please.

I want to know whether those policies are mortgaged or not. Is there anyway to get that information from anywhere?
