Hi, Could you please refund my amount of Rs 3000 which was deducted for 5 months along with the TV loan EMI, i have wrote an application asking for the refund in the year 2014 but never got any response nor refund and my consumer durable loan status shows active in online portal, kindly close the loan status and refund my amount.
