[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Card Blocked | |||
Hi sir, I am M VENKATA RAO, CARD NO:-[protected], i am using Bajaj finservlending card since so many years. I have taken 5 loans and 1 insurance on that card and cleared it in time, but unfortunately my card had been blocked saying that total outstanding amount:- 3675.00. They did not intimate us why they have blocked the card. i want to know the information as soon as possible why my balance is showing me 3675.00 and why the card has been blocked. With reference to your post and our discussion, we would like to inform you that due to an inadvertent error from our end the ECS for the 1st installment for your Loan Account 400BAL00513847 was not presented to your bank. Hence your Insurance Loan Account 400BAL00513847 has an outstanding of Rs. 2742/-. The break up of the same is as mentioned : outstanding Principle Amount- Rs. 1392/- and Penal charges - Rs. 1350/-.
We request you to please make a payment for the principle o/s amount by visiting the nearest branch. You could alternatively also make a payment online by visiting our website www.bajajfinserv.in.
As a service gesture, we have waived off your penal charges.
With reference to your query on your EMI card, we would like to inform you that we are currently in process of resolving your query and shall revert back in the next 2-3 working days.
