[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Charged extra loan amount

I have took a loan amount for purchasing sofa, as there was an offer from bajaj and Home centre life style chennai for 0% interest. While the agent confirmed i will be charged exactly the amount of sofa / 8 months of EMI.

After i got my login id, I have two loan products one is LIfe centre product, other which i have not applied. I have emailed them on june and i got a reply from Bajaj as they have some meeting around july tenth and they will respond after that. Crossed july and I emailed them during August month, I got the same reply that loan is under presentation and they will not be able to comeback till July 10th.

Who ever replied on behalf on Bajaj, i need explanation how i can be charged loan for extra product which i have not availed. Monthly I have been charged 555 rs extra.

This is total cheating and please return my hard earned money.

Company has contacted me once I have register complaint here. My extra loan product insurance which I have not availed is removed from my account and they refunded amount in my bank account which was charged for past months. Thanks Team.
