I have made purchase under the loan a/c from Bajaj: Loan A/c No.[protected] and in Pandemic - 2020 i lost my job and as govt has given an option of Moratorium and i have also requested Bajaj to apply the same to my account but they have failed to do so and every month the payment has hit my account and bounced and when emailed to customer care email they said that moratorium has been applied and charges wont be there and you will get the messages but not to worry as those will removed. However after 2 months of time i started getting collection calls and also explained to many people that its not my mistake and moratorium has not been applied to the loan account but no one understood my problem and my credit has been effected and if anyone checks the history then you can clearly make out that iam a regular payee and i paid loans much ahead of their times. Because of this stupid loan now the charges have been levied for 14k because of their mistake and asking me to pay off total which is unfair and my ask is Bajaj should waive all charges and should send a report to CIBIL clarifying the issue and the credit should show correctly and then iam ready to pay my remaining amounts.
To add this i started paying the amounts when i got my job back in August and in Jan 2021 they have deducted 3 emi's at a time without even informing to me, and received harrassing calls from collections and explained issue to many people but no one even took ownership to solve my issue.
Kindly help me getting this solved if not iam ready to go to next level.
