[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Charging extra amount with the EMI | |||
Hi this is Rafiq Ahamed and my Bajaj EMI card last 4 digits are 9712. This card has been blocked 4 days ago without prior intimation. I did not even use this card for a single time. I cannot contact the representatives in Bajaj Finserv. In their website, they gave a mail ID [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I mailed to them via this ID several times with no response. At last, today (06/09/2015) I got line to their customer care and he told me that my personal loan has been rejected so only my card was blocked. In fact, I applied for a personal loan there. At that time, the rep told me that within 3 days, I can get the loan amount in my account, but after 10 days I did not get any information. 11 th day, i received a call and he told me that they will be coming for verification the next. At that time, i told him that I do not need the personal loan because i have arranged the money in the interim. At that time, they did not give me information that if i cancel the personal loan, i could lose the EMI card. now the card blocked. The communication system in Bajaj Finserv is very poor very very poor... Was this information helpful? | |||
