Bajaj Finserv — CPP plan amount not refunded

Last 15 days i sent many mail to bajaj finserv for cancel my wallet care plan 799 rs but bajaj finserv reply to me register mail id then company cancel this plan so i want know what is my registered mail id because my rbl my card application show this mail id so why bajaj finserv denied. So i humble request pls cancel and refund my money.

Also mentioned my transection details for deduction of money .
