Bajaj Finserv — Credited loan amount with 10K extra deductions | |||||
Hello Team, I have taken loan from Bajaj Finserv as details mentioned below. *********************************************** Loan Amount: 8, 09, 389/- Annual Rate of Interest: 14.25% Loan tenure: 60 Loan Disbursal Date: 30/11/2018 Principal Outstanding: 5, 00, 000/- [This figure is when the Bajaj Finserv Agent is initiated the new loan process] ************************************************ I have paid EMI till last year i.e., July 2021. After that one of Bajaj Finserv agent called me and said they are going to reduce the Annual interest rate to 13.5% and they said we have to close the current loan and create a new loan process. Then I said, I don't want because there will be extra deductions if we start new loan process. Bajaj Finserv agent promised me saying 'I will process it without any extra deductions.' Then I have agreed for it. They closed existing loan, processed new loan and the money got disbursed to my account on 30th July 2021. But disturbed amount is after all extra deductions. Below are the details for the new loan. ********************************************* Loan Amount: 10, 95, 000/- Annual Rate of Interest: 13.5% Loan tenure: 84 Loan Disbursal Date: 30/07/2020 Total deductions: 10, 373/- Net disbursed amount: 10, 84, 627/- [This figure is before closing the existing loan account] Net disbursed amount to Account is: 5, 79, 166/- [This figure is after closing the existing loan account + Last month EMI] ********************************************* Around 10, 000/- extra deduction is happened. So, I did ping to Bajaj Finserv agent and informed same to him. I have a WhatsApp chat for it. He said he will check and update the Bajaj Loan Account within 48 hours and he said this issue was faced with other 4 accounts also. Till now that money is not updated to my account/loan portal. Every day i was calling to Bajaj Finserv Agent and he was giving one or another reason. Even I am paying interest for it till now it's been 11 months. On May 28th 2021 again he promised that by 7th June 2021 he will update my loan account portal and he said HE WILL TRANSFER THAT 10K MONEY TO ACCOUNT if it not updates the loan account portal by 7th of June. He told me to return the money once my account gets update. So, i did call him till 7th. After that called him and asked it's not updated. Again he started saying employees went for vaccination, updated account it will take 48 hours to update customer side and other bla bla... Today again i called him, he said "HE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK MY ISSUE". Not it's 01st July 2021. I asked him to transfer money as he promised, now he is asking excuse to grant one more day to check. Note: Between he asked me to courier 'Pan card and Driving License' to Bangalore address from my native to get that extra deducted money. Finally I decided to raise a complaint to get back my extra deducted amount + Interest I have paid for last 11 months (for the deducted amount). I am attaching the WhatsApp conversation for reference. I have recent Phone call recording (in telugu) also, let me know if you people want me to add.
