Bajaj Finserv — Damaged product sold by the Dealer

Hi,

I have recently brought a Liebherr fridge on Nov 1st 2021 from BEA 100 ft road Gandhipuram coimbatore but after 23 days the Fridge's freezer is not working and when we complaint to the Liebherr fridge company they are claiming it to be fine but there is no cooling in the freezer of the Fridge. When checked with BEA they are playing foul game, they are not replacing or giving any resolution. They make us keeping walking saying 2 days we will replace . Its been 25 days but no solid answer from both BEA and Liebherr. Please tell me how can I pay monthly for a Fridge which is not running as normal ? Please reach us at [protected]
