Hello Team, I am writing regarding my LAN # 5790PL04143170. For this month ECS has been bounced due to some Mandate issue from your end. I already made payment online. I tried to contact at your customer service number however not able to connect. Don't know what IVR you have changed. Please make sure that my cibil should not be impacted due to technical fault at your end. Please also arrange call back at below number to make me understand what is the issue here and how this can be resolved. I try to download the form your website but its not there.
