[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — emi card not delivered/no customer service either | |||
Hi, I had purchased a microwave oven using bajaj finserv serivces. They initialy charged me 500 rs for a card which will enable me make purchase in future. But i never got the card. I tried to reach their customer service but their is no customer service to speak of. An ivr keeps giving information on how to make purchase from the card. All they are interested in is selling their services. But do not have any intention of helping a customer who may require their help. I am going to sue these guys if i do not get my money back, which i paid for the card. If they can not help for simple concern like delivering the cards on time, they do not have any right to run a responsible business like financing. Had i had a problem with wrong charging or something, i would have been # as i could not speak with anyone discuss my problem. Regards Anita bhatt Was this information helpful? | |||
