I have purchased a mobile by a shop and he offered me a bajaj emi card and took 350)- from me for the same. He said that i will get a card in one week but it's been 2 months now and i did not received the card yet. And now he is saying that he is not responsible for not getting card that is not his concern. Is this the service you are providing to customers??
