Bajaj Finserv — Emi card permanently blocked due to multiple bounces

I was unable to pay my emi correctly due to pandemic. I also opted in for moratorium. Now my card is permanently blocked. I have cleared all my dues including bounce charges and additional charges..
Please help me in unblocking the card
