Bajaj Finserv — EMI Card - Transaction Declined by BANK

Hello, I am achal,
While Doing a Transaction on Flipkart of rs 16945/- message popups that my transaction is declined by the bank when I have already done ECS Mandate while purchasing 1 Product Through an EMI Card.

Kindly Look into this and Shootout this issue ASAP.
