Bajaj Finserv — EMI Card - Transaction Declined

I have newly joined with you and completed all the procedures including payment (joining fees). But when I'm going to purchase a product with this, it seems not working. Don't know why this is happening. Please have a look and solve my issue at the earliest. Thanks
