Hi Concerned Authorities!
My EMI towards a product goes on 2nd of every month (auto debited) .
We have already paid the EMI on 2nd of July, 2022 through Google Pay since we waited the Bajaj team to deduct the same but they didn't auto debited. So, we paid the EMI (UPI Transaction ID:[protected] on 2nd July, 2022- 7:36 PM .
After couple of days it's been updated in our MobiKwik app that we have paid the EMI and no. of EMIs has been updated but after a couple of days, we got a call from the Bajaj agent to pay the EMI as they didn't received the payment, we told them the transaction ID and they assured us that payment would be updated in couple of hours.
Today, on 8th July, 2022 they deducted the same amount 4375 (transaction ID- S[protected] + Bounce Charges 562.32 (Transaction ID- S[protected] . This is not at all acceptable and really harassing the customers as every penny counts for us!
We tried calling multiple time to the Customer Care but couldn't connect/.
I urge the department to take action on this matter on priority basis and do the needful by credit back the amount you deducted .
