Bajaj Finserv — Emi instalment harassment | |||||
I have taken a loan of ₹15000 from Bajaj Finserv, which means my monthly instalment amount is ₹1500. My auto deduction of instalment date is 1st of every month. I have paid at 10:20pm on 1st of August, 2021 for the month of August. But due to interbank issue the payment was reflected at 12pm on Bajaj's account. They have thus adjusted my August instalment for the month of September without informing me. I was unaware that my current instalment is being adjusted with an advance instalement. I have written them several mails even shared my bank statement but their team isn't responding. And there is not a single customer care number available where you can talk to a human and not a computerised voice. They have fined me for apparently not paying August's instalment and the fine amount has now compounded to ₹9000. Their auto generator is imposing heavier fines on me each day. And their team is putting in no effort to resolve the matter. If I have already paid my instalment on time then why should I pay a late payment fine? Was this information helpful? | |||||
