[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — excess debit from customers account due to unwanted extended warranty contract loan sanction

I am a dealer of consumer durable loan having tie-up with bajaj finserv. i am writing this mail on behalf of my customer. I have sold an AC through bajaj finserv finance. Now the customer is complaining me that an EMI of 3199 is being debited from his account for the past two months instead of 2833. When I inquired from your Allahabad office they gave me the following details: CUSTOMER NAME:Manoj Dubey Loan Account no:5890CD03556419 asset cost:33990 tenure:12 months product:CD emi:2833 This is the right account and according to this 2833 should be deducted. But apart from this another account has been opened without request whose details are: loan account:589EWC03556455 ASSET COST:2925 tenure:8 months product:extended warranty contract emi:366 This is where the problem is arising as this loan was not taken by customer . kINDLY get this account closed as the customer had never asked for extended warranty contract and refund the excess amount debited to the customer and make sure that from future only an emi of 2833 is deducted instead of 3199.
