[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Extend warranty from company | |||
I take 2 year extend warranty from Bajaj Finerser on my 42” Led TV of Panasonic Company. My TV not working from 11/10/2016. I call customer care of Panasonic first time they deny that your tv in warranty. Then I call Bajaj finance, after a lot of call Bajaj finance accept that it Mistake at Bajaj finnce they not update Data to Panasonic co. After n week person come from Panasonic and told me that your display not working I am update my report to co. and co send new display . when we receive new display. We change it. After one week after a dozen calls I received massage that co not have display in stock they will change your TV please Pay 5 % in advance in name of Panasonic and we will send new TV. Again I called Bajaj if I get extended warranty then why I should pay 25 %. Bajaj fin. Told me it is not need to pay single rubble please lodge claim on our customer care. I lodge compliant on 27/10/2016 in Bajaj fin. Compliant no 1964, after 4 days of lodge a complaint a person come from service canter and give me receipt that they try to repair this TV, But after 4/11/2016 I had not any intimation what happened . After one month I feel that Both Company cheat me I want to suit a Fir of fraud and cheating against both company Please suggest me what document I required to lodge a FIR Was this information helpful? | |||
