After i get call from bajaj finserv on feb 2020, i was informed that elite emicard would be provided for lot of benefits in future and card fees 5000rs can be paid in three emi. April 2020 was my first emi and since i was affected by covid and my brother on behalf of me, opted for moratorium since i was not there to provide any details to pay though the amount is small. In the month of june, i tested the card to try for pre-approved personal loan but customer care said there was improper payment some years ago and i assured them there is no such thing. Then i got irritated and raised request in the portal to cancel emi card mentioning bajaj finserv false informations. That emi card was deactivated since card fees not paid and i havent used that card also. But after some months, everytime i raise a request to close the card, without intimating me, they closed the request but not the card
After one year, now 2021 I am receiving legal notice to pay 15000rs since I have taken a loan of 5000rs and not paid that loan. I am shocked that no loan is provided and no tangible benefit from that card and I have raised complaints and sent emails asking I need the first call recording with the customer care who issued the card because I was not informed that this is a loan and informed only as card fees and now customer care is not responding to my mails nor providing grievance officer number
Now my CIBIL is marked for one negative account and score is reduced drastically and bajaj finserv lawyers keep calling me and customer care is not responding to my detailed complaint letter
kindly help here since there is no loan amount I received nor i utilized and it is all in the paper and closed but yet my cibil is affected and demanding 15000rs to pay
