Bajaj Finserv — FLexi hybrid loan

I happened to apply Flexi loan from Bajaj, I got the loan amount transferred to my savings account. Problem started from here, I'm not in need of any amount right now and I want to transfer amount to virtual account. I have been calling the agent who took my documents many times, he never ever picks my call. I called Bajaj Finserv Customer care number, out of hundreds times I called, it never got connected to customer agent. Now I don't have procedure to add the Bajaj Finserv virtual account to my savings account.

I'm suffering with Bajaj Finsev, since the day 1 I applied for Flexi Loan, this depart of Flexi loans is most disgusting, irresponsible. I urge whoever is reading this not to apply such loans from these Guys.
