I was told that there will be no processing charge, hidden charges or flexi pay and same was confirmed over email, whats app chat and recordings as well but still the amount is getting deducted from my account.
I tried complaining to Greviance team then they refunded only processing fee and regarding the rest other charges they denied by saying they can’t process even though I have shared the recording in which executive clearly mentioned that all the charges will be zero. This fraud was done by sales team which is highly depressing. I am being charged for which I didnot even take any money from Bajaj. Was this information helpful? |
