06 august 2021 I got a settlement letter from Bajaj finance for 80000 in 3 installment ask to Pay
i have cleared dues before the given date and the agent asked to pay in cash only.
Two receipts I have received from the collection guy I.e. Sakib ([protected]) -50000/- and last installment i had paid on 20th oct 2021 to Mr Raheem ([protected]) he has not given me receipt. This agent has taken money but till now I haven't received receipt & noc for the same. Everyday he is giving another another excuse to my daddy and he is continuously follow-up
then Rahim given contact no for his manager Mr Ajay[protected] but they lied to him will sent or already dispatched etc ..
after my daddy said will file the complaint against them if today (13.11.2021) we will not receipt so they have given fake screenshot payment receipt. without my name & loan no.
I do not understand how the manager gives wrong instructions to the employee to forward this kind of data .
i request you take strict action on this fake receipt and i need my noc letter & receipt as per the settlement letter
