Bajaj Finserv — I want to cancel the "Financial Fitness Report" Subscription from my loan which is added without my consent

My concern is while executing the loan process, bajaj finserv executive added "Financial fitness report" into my loan agreement without my consent / any explanation.
When I enquired about it while approving the agreement, he said that "it must be for loan process & will be cancelled by any time once after approval". And made me sign it forcefully.
By trusting his words I signed the agreement but once the process is completed i am not getting any proper response by him about the cancelling of my request.
