Bajaj Finserv — Incorrect Foreclosure Charges

When I took the loan the sales representative had confirmed that the foreclosure charges will be 2% but they have charged 4.7%, when requested to reduce they are not accepting and the sales representative is not picking the calls and responding, when the loan is taken for emergency purposes they just take it as advantage and just cheat us, this should stop to save the struggling people from getting cheated, please do something
