Bajaj Finserv — Issue of a product worth of 65000 to someone and asking me to pay

Address:

36-83-10, busavari street, reddy kancharapalem,visakhapatnam,AP 530008.

A phone worth of 65000₹ given to some person without my permission on my name and proof and they are asking me to pay the loan..

My address was at visakhapatnam and they issued a product in tadepalligudem of andhra pradesh.
They changed bank details also. iam working on other state(kerala) So how can they issue a phone worth of 65000₹ to an unknown person behalf of my name..
The system of bajaj finserv is totally failed.
Please help me to get out.
