Bajaj Finserv — Late fees

I have taken a personal loan from RBl & bajaj fin . My emi is 10520& there is a delay from my side. I have paid 900 lates charges for 25 days on 10520. Again This month they have charges me 3600 as late fees. I am getting more than 30 calls from bajaj fin collection agency

Why i have to face the harassment / disrespectful language by collection agent even after paying interest
