[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv Lending — Payment

This is Vivek Tewar from Pune. I have paid the bills and the overdue charges the same month I missed my installments. It's been a year now and have visited the Bajaj finance office in chinchwad a couple where I was advised that the database will be updated. Also, I receive numerous call where I mentioned that I have paid the bills and can visit again to show the same. This has now become a mental torture for me. But the only response that I get is we will check and get back to you, but no one has ever got back to me. Today I received a message stating that my CIBIL ratings are at stake if I don't pay the bills. Attached are the soft copy of bills.

Post the complaint launched on your website there was a frequent email chain with the complaint number being provided and the receipts being updated in their systems. Also, I have now stopped receiving calls and messages from the company. Thanks for your support - Consumer Complaints entire team.
