Bajaj Finserv Lending — Pre-approved loan | |||
Hi, This is related to the Pre-approved Personal Loan offer for Rs.89, 000 in my account which was applied by me and documents collected by Bajaj Finserv Sales Representative (Ram Gopal- [protected]) on 17th Oct 2013. As communicated to me (after a number of follow ups) the amount was to be disbursed in a week time but unfortunately I do not have any status update on the same. Hi,
My loan account number is 4010CD00350521 and my customer ID is 11194109. I got pre-approved loan offer of Rs.89000 on this account only and also I do have submitted 4 cheques alongwith all required documents. Also, I am not happy with customer care representatives service of Bajaj finserv as without listening to customer issue, they used to disconnect call always when I called them.
