Bajaj Finserv Lending — Pre-approved loan offer | |||
Hi, This is related to the Pre-approved Personal Loan offer for Rs.60, 000 in my account which was applied by me. It is the second time, I have received pre-approved loan offer in my account and it got rejected. I am an existing customer Bajajfinservlending, my loan account number is 4010CD01004518 and my cusdtomer ID is 11194109. If you guys can't disburse loan then why you offer it in the name of pre-approved. As communicated to me, the pre-approved loan offer was rejected because of CIBIL verification. Could you please look into this on priority basis and provide me a complete update on the reason for loan rejection. My CIBIL score is very good and I have never been a defaulter and never made any payment late or no emi get bounced. Please provide me my CIBIL details if it has been the reason.
