Bajaj Finserv — Loan paid but account not closed now asking me to pay due charges | |||
I have got a call from an advocate that there is case registered on my name because my cheques were bounced. When I went your branch and met your executive and took a print out of the statement then I realised that the account(Loan number: 4000CD[protected] was not closed because of that every month you people started charging me due fee. which is 6750 now. He advised me to send an email to this email ID and get it resolved I havr email and I didnt get any response and on top of it some is calling me and threatenibg me... when I try to explain he is not even listen to what im saying my asked his name but he didnt tel me this is the number od that person [protected] Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
