Bajaj Finserv — Mandate fail charge deduction

6th Floor, Bajaj Finserv Corporate Office, Off Pune-Ahmednagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune - 411014, and Akurdi, Pune-411035

I had my emi amount on my account at 02.06.2022 but on 03.06.2022 there is mandate fail charge of Rs 295 deducted from my sbi account. Because of this deduction my emi is overdue with penalty fine of Rs 500 as i had the exact amount of emi on the due date . I dont know how and why is this happening. Please help
