[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Mental harassment and increase of rate of interest without any reason | |||||
Final Bajaj Hey frnds just want to share my experince of one of the finance company- BAJAJ FINSERV (BAJAJ FINANCE) .who is fooling all the customers when it comes to RATE OF INTREST AND PROCCESSING FEES of the loan ... I have taken a loan from BAJAJ FINSERV Loan ac no. - 406LAP00816365 The company is just Fooling us by increasing rate of intrest every quaterly even if RBI REPO RATE is not changed . The lending rate / repo rate of RBI is 7%-8 % then also they charge us minimum of 12% to 18% by saying it FRR ( floating refrance rate of intrest), Or their additional cost of handling. I am BAJAJ FINSERVE customer since last 4 years Nd without my knowledge they have increased my rate of intrest from 12% to 14.1% . If we calculate this for 7 years then i need to PAY EXTRA AMOUNT OF more than RS 45 lacs extra . Even after i was promised to get refund of my processing fee by Mr. TEJAS LAKDAWALA and Mr . Bhushan ( bajaj finserv company represntatives) of rs 45000 which is not refunded in last 3 and half YEARS. sorry to say but BAJAJ FINSERV is one of the MOST HOPELESS COMPANY which dont even care a damm for their soo called PREMIUM CUSTOMERS. Whenever i go to their office i get a response that the concerned person is not on place nd this happend with me for more then 9 times. Even more when u call them mr. AMOL NANDESHWAR (lAP MANAGER) he wont pick up the phone calls. When i called Mr NILESH LAHOTI the senior state head of the company he said he will look into it and even after a year passed away he dosent have any concern about the issue. Mr SANTOSH TIWARI ex branch manager commited us that he will try to revised the intrest rate to the market rate but he also failed . Mr AMBRISH KHARE ex branch manager who also promised to revised the intrest rates also stopped picking up the phone MR VIKAS SIROHI said he will try to sort out the issue but then he also didnt help any. Mr MANISH PANDE the new branch manager of BAJAJ finserv DARAMPETH BRANCH (nagpur) finally said he is trying but its being a week no results out. Funnyly whenever u call or mail [protected]@bajajfinserv.in then you will get a mail that your request is in process and it will take 2-3 days to sort out. After 2-3 days you will get a new mail from [protected]@bajajfinserve.in that your request is pending and it will take more 5 to 7 working days. And i have kept all the mails of them. Dipesh soni and many more customer care executives from bajaj finserv called me up aftee my several mails, and they didnt even know the case which i mentioned explicitly in my mails. Bajaj customer care executives dont even know the company policies nor they know how.to handle the customers. BAJAJ- FINSERV is soo AGRESSIVE in attracting new customes (FOOLS)that When the time comes to solve the problem of old premium customers they FORGET ND NECLECT IT INTENSIONALLY. I REQUEST ALL TO select a proper finance company because atlast its our HARD EARNED MONEY ... BAJAJ FINANCE IS JUST HOPELESS AND THEIR STAFF TOO. Was this information helpful? | |||||
