Bajaj Finserv — My emi card is blocked

I dont know why my EMI card is blocked. I have paid all the EMIs on time. And also, you guys are sending me msg that you've this much amount left in your card you can take upto loan till that amount. Today, I went to a store. I was trying to buy a phone through Bajaj Finance but your executive told me that your card is blocked.
