1. I did register for insta emi card, by paying the fee
2. Successfully did ecs mandate, although their mobile app was pathetic, i could do this after a lot of struggle
3. Tried to purchase a product from flipkart which has had no interest emi option with bajaj finserv emi card
4.Transaction failed after entering OTP, reason it says required approval is denied by bajaj finserv
5. I went to bajaj finserv their app and found ecs mandate still showing pending
6. I tried to create ecs mandate multiple times, and every time it shows successful but at the backend it shows pending
7. I tried reaching customer care [protected], trust me they have an insane loop where you will never be able to reach to the desired option. They would ask you too many things and after providing all the information they don't just complete the process. Hell lot of technical problem happens like, you will never receive the OTP to proceed the call.
8. I received a message to login to the below mention site if I want to raise any complaint,

I could never login to this site, because it asked for an OTP for first time user; I tried generating OTP multiple times, and as expected it never sent me the OTP
9. In short they are putting a lot of resistance so that customers can never reach out to them with their complaints. Normally when we dont receive OTP we tend to think that's a technical problem, but incase of Bajaj Finserv OTP's are coming for all other services except when OTP is required to raise a complaint
10. Bad to see they are exploiting common man in the name of providing assistance, not sure if there is any regulatory body in India who tracks this kind of fraudulent activities by this so called great consumer NBFCs.
Regulatory body please watch out their mobile app, that's an open truth. How can you allow them to function like this
