I am Arun, I had paid all months emi and current month I am yet to pay and collection person calling continuously and harassing and informed him I will be able to pay the loan before 15th Dec as I am facing money issues, but he is now saying he will send a executive for a field visit and also I requested for Executive contact details as per rbi rules he doesn't share and sending without my approval on Sunday .
