Bajaj Finserv — poor response from the team- Auto loan | |||
Hi Team, I have had a very bad experience from the customer service team of bajaj auto loan. I have taken a bajaj auto loan in the year of[protected] and my loan account number is[protected] After this I have given them PDC for a span of 12 months. The first 6 months they didn't present it in the bank itself, and after 6 month they have presented all the cheques together. Now I was informed from the bank about the same; wherein they had advised me its better to give stop payment rather than the cheques bouncing which I had done during that time because I was also under some real personal problems during those days. Now for the past 4 years I have been trying to repay the money; as it is an amount of 39000 which was outstanding but when ever I am initiating eh conversation with the team I get a very bad response wherein they are telling me I need to repay 3, 45, 000 as it is these many days pending. I am not able to contact the outlet now where I have purchased the bike as it is shut down. Please tell me what can be done in this scenario. I am really helpless I want to get out of it and no one is even clear how to help me and who can help me out with this. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
