Team, My Bajaj finserve customer id is - 5299973 Name -S.Magesh, i have recei ved a communication that i have got preapproved personal loan offer for 129000/- i have conataced the customer care team and spoke to Mr.Vikram and agreed to avail the loan, he has also assured to send an executive on[protected]but as on date no one turned up to collect the documents and no one was interested to address the query- ihave also tried and got the mobile no of Mr.Srinivasan and tried reaching him for the past 4 days but he has not attended my calls still now-hence i placing this complaint to you team, expecting that it would get addressed and i will get my preapporved personal loan without much hassels and frustration.
