I have blocked my Bajaj Finserv EMI card but the Annual fee debited from my account on 18-August-2022. I have logged complaint on 19-Aug-2022 to Bajaj finserv about this incident and requested refund the payment which is 117 Rupees. They take a complaint and asked to share the bank statement the same day i have shared my bank statement through mail and twitter account. And then i received the mail reason for deduction 117 ruppees but i requested to refund 117 rupees i know why its debited (here im getting wrong mail, Bajaj support team doesnot understand the mail and sent false statement). Then again explain in the mail requested for refund not for the reason to bajaj finserv. And dont get any more reply from them then i following up through the twitter from the day any of the support person makes call and sent default template reply like "will refund 10-15 days or 5 - 7 working days". I requested them more time to share if refund initiated from your side share the Refund Transaction / UTR number to track with bank because i'm waiting from 19-August-2022 that means if you initiation maximum 2-3 days will get payment said by them but not received yet. But they denied to share Transaction number and said we have shared our banking team, then i asked to escalate to your higher level or tag with them to ask but they keep telling you will get you will get refund many times. How many days i have to wait for it dont know.
Here find the list of people who interact with me with the screenshot details. Still im not get refund very frustrated by them to listen the same template dialogue through mail and call.

My Question is Bajaj support using the same template as mail & Same response while telephonic conversation.
1. Why bajaj neglect to share Transaction / UTR number if they initiated refund?
2. If they require annual fee without customer knowledge they easily deducted through ECS then why to make delay to refund for the same.
3. Why all the support people said same thing if the first person said true the refund should credited to my account if he wront the 2nd person said true again should credit to my account then why not yet credited.

ME : Hi, why the people of your team keep asking same details but not yet refunded the amount. What you think about me? Still how long I should wait for it. If you need you take immediately then why hesitate to return. I want to immediately refund my amount else I logged complaint further with all the details.

Hope i should get a solution thats why i came here through this channel. I need your support as well as many of people like me dont aware of it and by these kindly of support just they leave their money to them. Kindly do the needful team.
